you decide

It's been like a whole 9 months since I painted my entry wall, and you know what that means... it about time to crank out a new one.
This time I need your help.  Between work and kids I have no time to seriously focus on a new look-
I just know I want one.  I am also as indecisive as they come.

So I have chosen to throw a bunch of looks up that I have been stashing away
I am asking for your opinion for the next step.  Tell me "Yay/Nay", "offer me therapy for my not-right obsession with painting the f*ck out of this poor wall, or give me other suggestions.
In return I will document the entire makeover, in an entertaining but informative post.

Ready? Here what I'm spinning on:
Still obsessing on dots and splashy splatter:

GIANT Agateness:

Source: houzz.com via Danika on Pinterest

but not too in your face vajayjay...

or softer more abstract organic:

or do I just completely lose my mind with glitz and texture?

my husbands manhood might just fall off with this, better save it for my office:

This is what I am working with currently. It is bright, fun and summery.

But I am feeling more deep, moody and unstructured these days.  I've drank a ton of mojitos, hung at the beach and now its time to burn shit, eat and bundle up.

I think this can be fixed by changing out a couple pillows and some paint.  (and burning shit in my fireplace & baking apple/ gourd based confections.)
So bring it on people,  I am your paint monkey!

P.S. I haven't had a chance to update my O'verlays button, but our sale has been extended until 9/20 midnight EST. get on it!

My vote goes to the not so vajayjay agate treatment. They are all awesome (that metal one is crazy, I love it!) but if I'm picking just one, that's my pick!

I am completely in love with the wall as you have it now- all the color is just beyond. You have great taste! I like the idea of a spotted wall, like in the 2nd picture with the bar cart. That would be super fab!

You are hilarious! I would have chosen the giant agate, but now all I see is the vajayjay!!! Not a good look!

Agate! Or abstract organic, but only if it's pink...

Spotted! Think like Dalmation spots, like the one you show in the second picture. I just love that and think it would really compliment what you've got goin on in the family room!

I like your walls now, but if you're going to change it, I vote for spots.

Loving the spots - and the agate. Though the vajayjay agate makes me a bit squeamish. Maybe that means you ought to go for it!

Gold or the freeform agate get my votes.

I love the spotted, agate and more organic softer marbled paint. All would look amazing.

I miss that overscale floral de Gournay inspired wall, to tell you the truth! Though it was super springy and wouldn't satisfy the fall cravings.

Question: are you leaving the hand drawn gold pattern on the living room walls? If so, stay away from the agate and go with the soft dreamy abstract thingy. Would love to see your technique for this--that watercolor effect can't be easy without actual watercolors!

Glad you're back with cray plans.

I have wanted that agate wall for so long but I would never, ever, ever be able to create that. You, on the other hand, will rock it.

Oooh please try the watercolor look one..and then show us. I have wondered if I could ever replicate that look. I know if anyone could do it you could.

I vote for spots!! I'm currently obsessed with them too. "In your face vajayjay" hahahahaha

I vote for the lovely watercolor. What you have now is fantastic. Can't wait to see what you do. (LOVE LOVE LOVE the pink glittery one. How fun to do an office in that!)

I say go for gold! Can you imagine the warmth that would add to your home around the holidays? Any twinkling lights would reflect and sparkle. And if you can figure out a way to do it without nailing/gluing directly to your wall then perhaps you could have removable panels that you could throw up whenever the mood strikes? That would be perfect for those of us afflicted with Design ADD.

Gold. No doubt. Time to simplify and glam it up!! It relates to the H's and also lets the mirror and entry table be appreciated. Did you hear me???? GOLD. ;-)

The gold scales (mermaid/dragon, whateve) and the black and white cheetah type print are my faves.

For some reason, I think you might tire of the spots even more quickly than usual. I'm voting agate or organic goodness.

Agate uterus :)

Agate or the gold scales.... sparkles are too girly, but the scales could be masculine.

The watercolor abstract! Oh please pick that one so I can copy your technique :)

Agate, please pretty please do the agate one! I'd love to see it! Also, I copied the gold concentric 'squiggles' from an old post of yours in my home office. It makes me smile every day, thanks for the idea! :)

Just found this post and hands down, the large agate wall (w/out the vaginal undertones of course).
