Faux Turquoise Tortoise Shell
I saw this on LGN and thought about a how to. Then Danielle from Fresh Quince and a reader named Ashley emailed me about a how to, so this Friday's How to Happy Hour is in the works. No drinks with Blue Curacao though, gag.
P.S...Any other techniques anyone interested in?
Since I have these retired faux painting skills, I might as well dust them off.
I was thinking malachite.
Oh, and since we are on the topic of turquoise and paint, have you seen this?
All with paint, and some nail heads, and it doesn't feel like sandpaper.
Go see how Kristy at Hyphen Interiors did done it.
