Hey everyone, ever wonder what becomes of your furniture once you've sold it? Will they paint it? Reupholster? Use it for a nudie photo shoot?
Remember these chairs I posted a month ago that I was selling on Craigslist?
Well I sold them this week, and the gentleman that bought them told me he was going to use them for a fashion shoot, a summer cafe scene. I said "Cool, I'd love to see the pictures when your done!" Maybe I should have kept my mouth shut.
I received an email last night from the gentleman thanking me for the chairs and the line "OK, so it wasn't exactly a fashion shoot. . . ." I opened the attached image an got this (minus my patch job)...
It looks like my chairs are having a way better time with their new owner.
Anyone else have any good furniture/ Craigslist stories they'd like to share?

Ewww! That's hilarious. I hope the same doesn't apply to buying things on Craigslist! Now I will ask very carefully how the former owner used them! Very funny.

I had a Danish modern cabinet I sold appear on the HGTV show Small Spaces Big Style. I screamed and jumped up and down on the bed.
Everybody had their clothes on.
